My job was to install a seismic gas shut-off valve at my backyard. Together with the actual installation, I requested PPT to take care of pulling the city permit and to take care of the city inspection. Roman was the installer and he’s very professional and friendly. The inspector just came, inspected his work, and signed off the permit. BTW, the lady at the PPT office was superb. She was also very polite, understanding, and accommodating to my needs. All in all, it was a very good experience. I will be contacting them in the future for other work.
