Water heater
repair in Los Angeles

On time, professional. Well explained and satisfied wirh service.

Great experience with Ilya (Plumber) & Emmanuel (Customer Service)! I cannot recommend them enough. We had a problem with shower hardware where it wouldn't turn off and it was an easy fix but we did not have the tools at home. Ilya came very fast and fixed it. They were very kind and understanding.

Great work, they were on time and finished relatively quickly. The crew was nice communicated well and respectful.

Great response time. Solved my problem, and were very fair, transparent, and communicative. Would 100% use them again.

Outstanding service from start to finish! They came out today to fix my toilet and exceeded my expectations in every way. They diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair efficiently. They were extremely courteous, respectful of my home, and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. The quality of the work was pristine, the repair was done promptly and professionally, and the toilet is working perfectly! I highly recommend for this to be the company you call. Fast, professional, and genuinely nice people who take pride in their work. I'll definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs!

Came on a Sunday, replaced a bad and corroded brass p-trap under my bathroom sink and everything was super fast! Ilya explained things really well and they did a great job

Ilya came out and helped us replace our leaking main water shutoff valve on a Sunday. Fantastic work! Highly recommend!

Very happy with PPT! Orlando & Omar did an excellent job repiping our condo. Our experience was smooth, they were communicative, respectful of the space, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend PPT. They will be doing our whole building’s 12-unit repipe!

The best we could have hoped for. Got a new water heater the same day we called. Wayne was great, he was so quick to return our call or text. Gleb came to our house to install our new tankless water heater, and worked well into the evening. Thank you Pacific Plumbing Team. We definitely recommend your company.

My experience with Gleb was exceptional! He was indeed STELLAR!!! After he finished the installation of the new brass p trap + repair service, he took the time to show + explained what he did. Furthermore, he gave me pointers to prevent future draining issues. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service !

Called for leak detection. Emmanuel was courteous and professional and able to dispatch a plumber within the hour, on a Sunday no less. Gleb was quickly able to identify the problem and guide strategies to approach the solution. Ultimately the issue required a separate service for AC (so no before / after pics here) but the fact that the source of the leak was identified was a huge relief and helped all involved move on to a solution. Would recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you!

Orlando came on short notice and completed the work quickly. Great work! Would recommend!

At my apartment building the main water shut off was broken. Art at Pacific Plumbing came out and replaced it. He also installed a pressure regulator.

They were easy to schedule the repair the plumer was knowledgable and explain everything i will defiantly recommend them

Came out in a hurry to help. Gave an honest opinion rooted in facts for a reasonable price. Highly recommend for honesty and reliability.

Julian came by the same day to fix my very clogged toilet, he brought a special tool and within a half an hour he completely fixed it, very professional and well done, I would highly recommend his company

I’ve used Pacific Plumbing for two separate projects. They were excellent with diagnosing my issues, communicating the solutions, and doing the work efficiently while updating me along the way. I highly recommend working with Pacific Plumbing for anything you need in your home.

I would absolutely recommend Pacific Plumbing Team! Orlando came & worked his magic. He was prompt with the appointment time, friendly & very professional. Hopefully, I won't need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do, I'll be calling Orlando! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Juliann did the good job for me, he fixed the water problem quickly. And he was polite and professional. I am so glad to get your company member to help ! Thank you !

Roman did the great job after the garage ceiling water leak. He replaced the damaged pipes, and I am satisfied with the result.

Polite and competent, pricing probably middle of the road. They did everything quickly and with a high degree of quality. Thanks!

The Pacific Plumbing Team promised and delivered a well done and complete job! My hot water heater clonked out after 7 years. Elio came out and identified the problem. As it turned out I needed a replacement hot water heater. PPT was able to install a new heater with all the proper connections and fittings was done by the end of the day as promised. I would highly recommend the PPT! Five stars!

Matt was exceptional at clearing a blocked kitchen sink. Excellent communication, promptness, politeness, and reasonable price esp for a holiday. Will call again.

Brandon helped me out so much! Highly recommend these guys!

I’m a single mom with no plumbing aptitude, Pavel was great! Super polite, respectful of the property, and quick. I got these guys as a fav in my phone!

They did a great job. There was even a special part they needed, so on their own time, they went and got it. I was very happy with their work.

Someone was so kind to break off a spout we had outside our business 🤦🏻‍♀️. We called Pacific Plumbing Team and they came out in under an hour! We had the pleasure of working with Brandon who was very knowledgeable and gave us options on fixing the problem with our budget. Within 1.5 hours they inspected the damage, got us quotes, got the materials needed and fixed it!Brandon’s professionalism and kindness made the experience easy. Highly recommend!

Our technician, Orlando, did a fantastic job. He arrived to our appt early and worked quickly to repair the problem. This is the second time I have needed plumbing repair; all of their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and honest.

Easy to work with and very efficient. Would recommend.Orlando was great - good communication, handled a clogged drain quickly and helped review some other concerns (loose pipes, some mineral buildup) so I could make an informed choice.

So there is nothing better than having a simple problem solved by a honest service technician. I should have been able to solve the problem by myself but the instructions were vague and I really didn't know what I was doing. I definitely didn't want to make it worse. The technician arrived identified the problem and fixed it in a minute. He was kind and honest enough to wave the service charge of $190.00. He could have sat there and fiddled with the unit for a half hour and charged the fee. There are still honest people out there. I was lucky enough to have one visit my home.

Orlando was prompt, professional, kind and fixed the problem on the spot. He made sure to mind my floors and cleaned up a very messy situation. Definitely keeping this number in my go to for plumbing!

Hercules and Gleb are the best, they always take care of the job right away and are in and out in no time. I’ve used them for both my business in Culver and our apartment in Palms.

Very easy to set up a service appointment. They were super professional and simply outstanding. I’m very happy to have located them and recommend them extremely highly.

Wonderful and communicative, fast service and well done job on our new gas shut off valve. Would contact them again!

Roman was excellent and very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. He explained a step by step process that he was going to do to detect a gas leak I had. He changed the faulty valve where the leak was coming from and did an additional check in the lines. He found another leak. But after checking all the exposed area where the lines ran, he determined it was leaking from one of the pipes within the wall. I have to wait a few days for Roman to come back to patch the leak. Everything he did and the explanation of the job was very professional and easy to understand. I would highly recommend Pacific Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. All this was done with me out of state

Gleb was great - very thorough in thinking about the right solution for the job. He explained the process and materials throughout the consultation which was immensely helpful.

Outstanding emergency plumbing services. Outstanding regular plumbing services, as well. These guys are total pros. Strongly recommend.

Pacific Plumbing is so easy to work with. I left a vm on their ai system, and within about 15 minutes, I received a call from a live person. We needed a water heater replaced. They were able to complete the job on the same day I called. The price for the install was great, they purchased the brand of water heater I requested, Bradford-White. Thank you Pacific Plumbing!

Gleb did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job at our house, very honest and fair work and really professionally executed. I will be recommending him to others and booking him for all future jobs?

Great company my plumber was extremely professional. Would recommend this company highly.

Hercules did a terrific job installing the water heater under challenging conditions. He's one of the hardest working (and nicest) people that I've encountered in quite a while. Will definitely call them again...

The service from Pacific Plumbing was great. Thank you for helping us with our gas line. I highly recommend their services no surprises just good honest work.

Gleb came in and showed me what the problem was. Gave me a great recommendation and the heater did in fact need to be replaced. Did it the same day, and worked super fast! Highly recommend!

We first had Pacific fixed the tankless water heater installation that was messed by another company. It passed the inspection smoothly. We then hired them for a complete bathroom renovation project and the paint job for a high ceiling bedroom. Paul and his team were responsive, courteous, timely, professional, and knowledgeable. The jobs were done beautifully within an anticipated time frame (4 weeks). We couldn't be happier! I would strongly recommend Pacific Plumbing team!

I needed a new motor/pump assembly for my jetted bathtub, but was having the hardest time finding a company that could do this. I think the problem was that it involved plumbing and electrical work, which might’ve scared off some companies.I’m so glad I found Pacific Plumbing Team. Their technician, Roman, ordered the new motor for me, and once he had it in hand, he showed up on time, installed it quickly and efficiently, and made sure I was happy with the outcome. And all at a reasonable price.I will definitely use Pacific Plumbing Team again.

Roman has helped me with two different plumbing jobs. He installed the reverse osmosis system into my faucet and it went seamlessly. I can’t recommend him enough. The service was wonderful. He got the job done quickly and was very personable and easy to work with.
