Ilya from Pacific Plumbing replaced our leaking kitchen faucet. He did a fantastic job and was hard, working, polite and considerate. The cost was on point. In fact, we were so impressed with Ilya that we are hoping to have him replace a toilet in the very near future! We had a terrific experience with Pacific Plumbing.

Roman fixed a gas leak. He was 100% competent, on time, efficient, effective, polite, smart, respectful, etc. Kinda pricey though.

I had a plumbing emergency and had called a few different plumbers on a Saturday; most were not open, and some with emergency after-hours hotlines promised a call back but never did. Sam, one of the managers I spoke with was able to assign Dimitri and helped make the problem go away in a timely fashion. I hope for my sake I don’t have another plumbing emergency anytime soon (LOL), but if I do, I will know who to call! Thank you, Pacific Plumbing Team!

Pacific gave us the best prices and service. Their technician was professional, honest, and helpful in how he advised us on our projects. The other companies we first called tried to oversell us expensive jobs instead of addressing the basic problems for reasonable prices. We plan to recommend this company to others and be repeat customers of Pacific for any future jobs needed.
