Great fast service! Had clogged drain and running toilet repaired.

Extremely fast and very nice. The gentleman who I spoke with on the phone was efficient and nice. The gentleman who came to my apartment communicated effectively and let me know when he would be arriving, arrived on time, and took care of the problem very fast.

Highly recommend! Came out and got everything done in a single day. No dragging it out over multiple visits. The work was done professionally, and he left everything spotless when he was finished. Very happy with the service overall.

I needed a plumber with gas experience to come and replace a gas valve part that would better fit the tight space we have in our laundry closet. Gleb came out, I explained the problem we had with a new washer/dryer we purchased to fit in the small space and he knew exactly what we needed. He didn’t have the part on hand but was able to go to 3 different stores to find it. He was super professional and was able to complete the work quickly. Price seemed reasonable as well. Will definitely call the Pacific Plumbing Team again if I ever have any plumbing needs in the future.

He provided a free consultation and, before escalating, suggested we first try the easiest (i.e., no cost) solution.
