Great experience with Ilya (Plumber) & Emmanuel (Customer Service)! I cannot recommend them enough. We had a problem with shower hardware where it wouldn't turn off and it was an easy fix but we did not have the tools at home. Ilya came very fast and fixed it. They were very kind and understanding.

Came on a Sunday, replaced a bad and corroded brass p-trap under my bathroom sink and everything was super fast! Ilya explained things really well and they did a great job
