Gleb came in and showed me what the problem was. Gave me a great recommendation and the heater did in fact need to be replaced. Did it the same day, and worked super fast! Highly recommend!

We first had Pacific fixed the tankless water heater installation that was messed by another company. It passed the inspection smoothly. We then hired them for a complete bathroom renovation project and the paint job for a high ceiling bedroom. Paul and his team were responsive, courteous, timely, professional, and knowledgeable. The jobs were done beautifully within an anticipated time frame (4 weeks). We couldn't be happier! I would strongly recommend Pacific Plumbing team!

I needed a new motor/pump assembly for my jetted bathtub, but was having the hardest time finding a company that could do this. I think the problem was that it involved plumbing and electrical work, which might’ve scared off some companies. I’m so glad I found Pacific Plumbing Team. Their technician, Roman, ordered the new motor for me, and once he had it in hand, he showed up on time, installed it quickly and efficiently, and made sure I was happy with the outcome. And all at a reasonable price. I will definitely use Pacific Plumbing Team again.

Roman has helped me with two different plumbing jobs. He installed the reverse osmosis system into my faucet and it went seamlessly. I can’t recommend him enough. The service was wonderful. He got the job done quickly and was very personable and easy to work with.

First off I very rarely take the time to write a reveiw, however pacific plumbing deserves one. I would give 10 stars if possible. Gleb was our technician he was knowledgeable and even arrived early to help us with a leak in our pipe. Gleb was very nice and explained everything being done very clearly. The pricing I felt was very reasonable, considering he had to climb in a very small crawl space and install a 6ft new copper pipe. He was a life saver and saved us from what could have been a huge issue. Thanks agian.

Great experience from scheduling to execution. Hercules arrived on time and did a great job of descaling my tankless water heater. He’s very professional, polite and hard working. Pricing is very fair. Will be relying on these guys for all my future plumbing needs.

We used Pacific Plumbing Team to replace all of the angle stops in our condo. They responded to us immediately and sent someone out for a free estimate right away. They gave us a very competitive bid and were helpful at every step of the process. The plumber who did the work was Roman. We can't say enough good things about him. It was a big, tough job but he did it very expertly and efficiently. He is also a super nice and friendly person who was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be using Pacific Plumbing Team and Roman for any plumbing work we need done in the future. First rate!

We hired Pacific Plumbing Team to address several slow faucets around the house. Glev was polite and professional. He did a terrific job of diagnosing each problem and walking us through the steps to fix it. The results are the best we’ve seen in years.
