Pacific Plumbing is so easy to work with. I left a vm on their ai system, and within about 15 minutes, I received a call from a live person. We needed a water heater replaced. They were able to complete the job on the same day I called. The price for the install was great, they purchased the brand of water heater I requested, Bradford-White. Thank you Pacific Plumbing!

We first had Pacific fixed the tankless water heater installation that was messed by another company. It passed the inspection smoothly. We then hired them for a complete bathroom renovation project and the paint job for a high ceiling bedroom. Paul and his team were responsive, courteous, timely, professional, and knowledgeable. I needed a new motor/pump assembly for my jetted bathtub, but was having the hardest time finding a company that could do this. I think the problem was that it involved plumbing and electrical work, which might’ve scared off some companies. I’m so glad I found Pacific Plumbing Team. Their technician, Roman, ordered the new motor for me, and once he had it in hand, he showed up on time, installed it quickly and efficiently, and made sure I was happy with the outcome. And all at a reasonable price. I will definitely use Pacific Plumbing Team again.

Roman has helped me with two different plumbing jobs. He installed the reverse osmosis system into my faucet and it went seamlessly. I can’t recommend him enough. The service was wonderful. He got the job done quickly and was very personable and easy to work with.
