Our technician, Orlando, did a fantastic job. He arrived to our appt early and worked quickly to repair the problem. This is the second time I have needed plumbing repair; all of their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and honest.

Easy to work with and very efficient. Would recommend. Orlando was great - good communication, handled a clogged drain quickly and helped review some other concerns (loose pipes, some mineral buildup) so I could make an informed choice.

So there is nothing better than having a simple problem solved by a honest service technician. I should have been able to solve the problem by myself but the instructions were vague and I really didn't know what I was doing. I definitely didn't want to make it worse. The technician arrived identified the problem and fixed it in a minute. He was kind and honest enough to wave the service charge of $190.00. He could have sat there and fiddled with the unit for a half hour and charged the fee. There are still honest people out there. I was lucky enough to have one visit my home.

Orlando was prompt, professional, kind and fixed the problem on the spot. He made sure to mind my floors and cleaned up a very messy situation. Definitely keeping this number in my go to for plumbing!

Roman was excellent and very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. He explained a step by step process that he was going to do to detect a gas leak I had. He changed the faulty valve where the leak was coming from and did an additional check in the lines. He found another leak. But after checking all the exposed area where the lines ran, he determined it was leaking from one of the pipes within the wall. I have to wait a few days for Roman to come back to patch the leak. Everything he did and the explanation of the job was very professional and easy to understand. I would highly recommend Pacific Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. All this was done with me out of state
