Gas Leak Investigation & Line Replacement We responded to an emergency service call after a reported gas smell. The gas had already been shut off by the utility company before our arrival. After testing, an active gas leak was confirmed in the main line. Excavation revealed two galvanized gas lines resting directly against each other, which caused corrosion at the contact point and led to failure in both lines. Both lines were fully removed and replaced, a new configuration was installed, and a new shutoff valve was added for future control and maintenance.
