Fantastic service. We have used Pacific Plumbing for years, and every team member is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Great people!

Called several plumbers on a Sunday morning and these guys got back to me the fastest, at 8 AM. Emmanuel was so patient and immediately found me a technician named Brandon. Brandon was patient and professional, he got my ring out of the sink drain in no time, and even flagged a leaking issue in my place. He was also super friendly to my dog. Emmanuel kept in touch the whole time to make sure the technician was on the way, got the job done, and everything was handled perfectly. Truly thorough from start to finish. Highly recommend!

On time, professional. Well explained and satisfied wirh service.

Great experience with Ilya (Plumber) & Emmanuel (Customer Service)! I cannot recommend them enough. We had a problem with shower hardware where it wouldn't turn off and it was an easy fix but we did not have the tools at home. Ilya came very fast and fixed it. They were very kind and understanding.

Great work, they were on time and finished relatively quickly. The crew was nice communicated well and respectful.

Great response time. Solved my problem, and were very fair, transparent, and communicative. Would 100% use them again.

Outstanding service from start to finish! They came out today to fix my toilet and exceeded my expectations in every way. They diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair efficiently. They were extremely courteous, respectful of my home, and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. The quality of the work was pristine, the repair was done promptly and professionally, and the toilet is working perfectly! I highly recommend for this to be the company you call. Fast, professional, and genuinely nice people who take pride in their work. I'll definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs!
