Water damage? We stop the leak and dry out your home fast!

From burst pipes and overflowing toilets to slab leaks and appliance failures, we fix the source and get your property dry again.
Water damage restoration service

Water damage gets worse by the hour. Wet drywall, flooring and cabinets start to swell, stain and grow mold within a day or two, so the first thing that matters is stopping the water and getting it out.

Because we’re plumbers first, we don’t just dry things out – we find and fix what caused the problem. Our team shuts off the water, repairs the broken pipe, fitting or fixture, removes standing water, and sets up drying equipment so your home or business gets back to normal as quickly as possible.

We serve homes and businesses in Los Angeles and surrounding areas, with same-day and emergency plumbing service when water is actively coming in.

Whether it’s a burst pipe, a leaking water heater, a sewer backup or a hidden leak inside a wall, call Pacific Plumbing Team to get a transparent and no-obligation quote!

Searching for ‘water damage restoration near me’? Here’s how we help from the first call to the final repair:
Water damage restoration

Emergency leak repair

The first step is always stopping the water. Our licensed plumbers locate the source – a burst supply line, a failed water heater, a cracked fitting or a leaking drain – shut it off and make a permanent repair.

If the source isn’t obvious, our water leak detection team uses specialized equipment to find hidden leaks behind walls, under floors and in slabs without unnecessary demolition.
Preventing Flood Damage: Emergency Plumbing Tips

Water extraction & drying

Once the leak is fixed, we remove standing water and set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out floors, walls and cabinets. We check moisture levels as we go, so nothing is closed up while it’s still wet.

Fast drying is the best way to limit swelling, stains and mold growth after a leak or flood.

Repairs & prevention

After everything is dry, we can repair or replace damaged plumbing and help you prevent the next leak – for example with new supply lines, a water pressure regulator, or a leak detection device.

We also take photos of the damage and the repair so you have documentation to share with your insurance company.

Great experience with Ilya (Plumber) & Emmanuel (Customer Service)! I cannot recommend them enough. We had a problem with shower hardware where it wouldn't turn off and it was an easy fix but we did not have the tools at home. Ilya came very fast and fixed it. They were very kind and understanding.

The best we could have hoped for. Got a new water heater the same day we called. Wayne was great, he was so quick to return our call or text. Gleb came to our house to install our new tankless water heater, and worked well into the evening. Thank you Pacific Plumbing Team. We definitely recommend your company.

What should I do first when I find water damage?

How fast do you respond to water damage emergencies?
We offer same-day service and aim to reach you as quickly as possible based on availability. When water is actively leaking, tell us on the phone so we can prioritize your call.

Most rooms take about 3 to 5 days to dry completely, depending on how much water there was, what materials got wet, and how quickly drying started. We monitor moisture levels until everything is dry.
Can water damage lead to mold?
Yes. Mold can start growing within 24 to 48 hours on wet drywall, wood and carpet. That’s why fast water removal and thorough drying are so important after a leak or flood.
Will my insurance cover water damage?
Many homeowner policies cover sudden and accidental water damage, such as a burst pipe, but not damage from long-term leaks. Check your policy – we can provide photos and details of the damage and repair to support your claim.
