Your local plumber in Bel Air
Pacific Plumbing Team provides discreet, professional plumbing service for Bel Air homes and estates. We work with homeowners, house managers and property managers on everything from a leaking fixture to multi-heater systems, sewage ejector pumps and gas lines for outdoor kitchens.
Bel Air homes tend to be large, hillside and heavily finished, with long pipe runs, multiple water heaters and systems that were added over decades. We take the time to understand how your home is plumbed, protect finishes while we work and keep you informed at every step.
Plumbing problems we see most in Bel Air
Size, elevation and complexity make Bel Air plumbing different from a typical LA home.
Sewage ejector and sump pumps
Homes and guest houses built below street level often rely on ejector pumps to move waste uphill to the sewer. We service, repair and replace ejector and sump pumps, floats and alarms before a failure becomes an emergency.
Multiple water heaters and recirculation
Large homes often run several tank or tankless heaters with recirculation loops. We balance, repair and replace these systems so hot water reaches every bathroom quickly.
Hidden leaks in large homes
A slow leak in a wall, ceiling or slab can go unnoticed for months in a big house. Our leak detection pinpoints the source with minimal opening of finished surfaces.
Gas lines and seismic shut-off valves
Outdoor kitchens, fire features, pool heaters and generators all need properly sized gas lines. We install and repair gas piping and seismic gas shut-off valves.

What Bel Air customers say about us
Outstanding service from start to finish! They came out today to fix my toilet and exceeded my expectations in every way. They diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair efficiently. They were extremely courteous, respectful of my home, and took the time to make sure I understood what was going on. The quality of the work was pristine, the repair was done promptly and professionally, and the toilet is working perfectly! I highly recommend for this to be the company you call. Fast, professional, and genuinely nice people who take pride in their work. I'll definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs!
Came on a Sunday, replaced a bad and corroded brass p-trap under my bathroom sink and everything was super fast! Ilya explained things really well and they did a great job
Ilya came out and helped us replace our leaking main water shutoff valve on a Sunday. Fantastic work! Highly recommend!
Very happy with PPT! Orlando & Omar did an excellent job repiping our condo. Our experience was smooth, they were communicative, respectful of the space, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend PPT. They will be doing our whole building’s 12-unit repipe!
The best we could have hoped for. Got a new water heater the same day we called. Wayne was great, he was so quick to return our call or text. Gleb came to our house to install our new tankless water heater, and worked well into the evening. Thank you Pacific Plumbing Team. We definitely recommend your company.
My experience with Gleb was exceptional! He was indeed STELLAR!!! After he finished the installation of the new brass p trap + repair service, he took the time to show + explained what he did. Furthermore, he gave me pointers to prevent future draining issues. Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service !
Called for leak detection. Emmanuel was courteous and professional and able to dispatch a plumber within the hour, on a Sunday no less. Gleb was quickly able to identify the problem and guide strategies to approach the solution. Ultimately the issue required a separate service for AC (so no before / after pics here) but the fact that the source of the leak was identified was a huge relief and helped all involved move on to a solution. Would recommend and will definitely use again. Thank you!
Orlando came on short notice and completed the work quickly. Great work! Would recommend!
On time. Excellent communications. Fixed 2 toilets and 1 sink. Excellent work and quickly completed. He’s been here before and will be welcomed back when needed.
Bel Air plumbing FAQ
Do you service sewage ejector pumps in Bel Air?
Yes. We inspect, repair and replace sewage ejector and sump pumps, including float switches, check valves and high-water alarms, and can set up routine maintenance.
Can you work with our house manager or property manager?
Yes. We regularly coordinate with house managers and property managers, handle gate access and scheduling, and send clear estimates and invoices.
Why does it take so long to get hot water in our home?
In large homes the distance from the water heater to the fixture is the usual cause. A recirculation pump or an additional water heater closer to the bathrooms can solve it. We assess your layout and recommend the right fix.
Do you install seismic gas shut-off valves?
Yes. We install automatic seismic gas shut-off valves, which close the gas supply during a strong earthquake to reduce the risk of fire.
