The Pacific Plumbing Team promised and delivered a well done and complete job! My hot water heater clonked out after 7 years. Elio came out and identified the problem. As it turned out I needed a replacement hot water heater. PPT was able to install a new heater with all the proper connections and fittings was done by the end of the day as promised. I would highly recommend the PPT! Five stars!
Matt was exceptional at clearing a blocked kitchen sink. Excellent communication, promptness, politeness, and reasonable price esp for a holiday. Will call again.

They did a great job. There was even a special part they needed, so on their own time, they went and got it. I was very happy with their work.
Someone was so kind to break off a spout we had outside our business 🤦🏻♀️. We called Pacific Plumbing Team and they came out in under an hour! We had the pleasure of working with Brandon who was very knowledgeable and gave us options on fixing the problem with our budget. Within 1.5 hours they inspected the damage, got us quotes, got the materials needed and fixed it! Brandon’s professionalism and kindness made the experience easy. Highly recommend!
Our technician, Orlando, did a fantastic job. He arrived to our appt early and worked quickly to repair the problem. This is the second time I have needed plumbing repair; all of their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and honest.
