Shower Rough-In Plumbing Installation in Los Angeles

Proper rough-in plumbing is the foundation of any reliable bathroom system. In this project, we completed full rough-in plumbing for shower areas in a multi-unit property, including installation of new drain, vent, and water supply lines.

The scope included installing shower valves, P-traps, and reconfiguring the piping layout to ensure proper alignment and code compliance. All components were securely installed and positioned to meet inspection requirements.

Rough-in work is a critical stage of construction, as it determines long-term system performance and reliability. Every connection must be precise, properly supported, and installed according to code.

This project was completed and prepared for final plumbing inspection.

Moen Flo Smart Water Shutoff Valve Installation in Los Angeles

Installing a smart water shutoff system is one of the most effective ways to protect a home from unexpected leaks and water damage. In this project, we installed a Moen Flo automatic shutoff valve on the main water service line to monitor usage and instantly stop water flow in case of a leak.

The installation required modification of the existing 1” copper main line, including reconfiguring the piping layout to properly integrate the system. The existing pressure reducing valve was relocated upstream of the Moen Flo unit to ensure proper operation and meet current plumbing code requirements.

New copper fittings were installed to align the system, and all connections were completed using clean, professional soldering techniques. Once the installation was complete, the water supply was restored and the system was tested for leaks and verified for proper operation.

Smart shutoff systems like Moen Flo provide real-time monitoring, automatic leak detection, and emergency water shutoff — helping prevent costly damage and giving homeowners peace of mind.

Why Install a Smart Water Shutoff Valve?

Tankless Water Heater Maintenance & Descaling in Los Angeles

Your water heater needs maintenance just like your car.

Tankless systems are efficient, but they are not maintenance-free. Over time, minerals in the water build up inside the heat exchanger, reducing efficiency, restricting flow, and putting extra stress on internal components.

Without regular descaling, this buildup can lead to inconsistent hot water, higher energy use, and eventually costly repairs or system failure.

In this project, we performed a full descaling service on a Navien tankless water heater. The system was flushed, cleaned, and tested to restore proper performance and ensure reliable operation.

Routine maintenance helps protect your investment and keeps your system running as it should.

✔ Descaling to remove mineral buildup

✔ Improved efficiency and water flow

✔ Reduced strain on internal components

✔ Extended system lifespan

✔ Reliable, consistent performance

Under-Sink Drain System Repair in Los Angeles

Small job. Big improvement.

Even minor issues in a kitchen drain system can lead to leaks, unpleasant odors, and long-term damage to cabinets and surrounding surfaces. What starts as a small failure in the drain assembly can quickly turn into a bigger problem if not addressed properly.

In this project, we repaired the under-sink drainage system for a double-basin kitchen sink, restoring proper flow and eliminating problem areas. The existing setup had alignment and integrity issues that could lead to leaks and inefficient drainage. We removed the compromised components and installed a properly fitted and aligned drain configuration.

All connections were carefully secured, ensuring tight, leak-free joints and smooth water flow. The system was then thoroughly tested under full use conditions to confirm reliable performance and long-term durability.

Attention to detail in jobs like this is what prevents future callbacks and protects the home from hidden water damage.

✔ Clean, precise installation

✔ Proper drainage alignment for optimal flow

✔ Leak-free, secure connections

Sewer Line Epoxy Lining & Lateral Rehabilitation in Los Angeles

Sewer line issues don’t always require full replacement. With modern epoxy lining solutions, it’s possible to restore structural integrity and extend the life of existing piping systems with minimal surface disruption.

For this project, we performed a complete sewer lateral rehabilitation using both 4-inch and 6-inch epoxy liners.

To access the line, a trench was excavated near the property line to expose the existing sewer lateral. The system was then hydro-jetted to remove buildup and prepare the interior pipe surface for proper liner adhesion.

We installed a 4-inch liner toward the building and a 6-inch epoxy liner extending to the city connection. After installation, a camera inspection was performed to verify the integrity and alignment of the liner.

The system was then reconnected using new ABS piping, fully tested for leaks, and the trench was backfilled and compacted.

Scope of work:

  • Trench excavation to expose sewer lateral

  • Pipe preparation and section removal

  • Hydro jet cleaning

  • Installation of 4” and 6” epoxy liners

  • Post-install camera inspection

  • Reconnection with new ABS piping

  • Leak testing and backfill

This process restores flow, seals damaged sections, and significantly extends the life of the sewer system.

No shortcuts — only professional results.
